Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination, package details, shipping method, and available carrier rates.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Noordin Beauty. Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, please use the tracking information provided to monitor your delivery.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your delivery area, household members, neighbors when appropriate, and the carrier's tracking information before contacting us.
