1- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of noordinbeauty.com and the skincare products, online store, customer accounts, subscriptions, communications, and related services offered by Noordin Beauty (“Noordin Beauty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Services.”

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2- ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make purchases or participate in our SMS messaging program.

If you are using the Services for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to act on their behalf.

3- PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, colors, packaging, prices, and availability.

Product packaging, appearance, ingredients, and other details may change. Colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen, lighting, or manufacturing variations.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or replace products without prior notice.

4- ORDERS AND ACCOUNTS

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or place conditions on an order when reasonably necessary because of product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

If an order is canceled after payment, we will provide an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

5- PRICING, PAYMENT, AND TAXES

You agree to pay the prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other fees shown at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. A promotion cannot be applied retroactively unless expressly stated.

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.

6- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, product availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Noordin Beauty is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Risk of loss may transfer to you when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7- RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy displayed on our website.

Return requests must be submitted within the time stated in that policy. Products that have been used by more than half are not eligible for a refund unless required by law.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return.

Original shipping charges may be nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

8- PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Noordin Beauty products are cosmetic skincare products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Product descriptions and skincare information are provided for general informational purposes and are not medical advice.

Individual results may vary. You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and directions before use. Perform a patch test when appropriate and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a product if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have known allergies or sensitivities, or have concerns about whether a product is suitable for you.

Use products only as directed and keep them out of reach of children.

9- ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the Services to:

• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

• Transmit malware or harmful computer code.

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.

You retain ownership of reviews, photographs, feedback, testimonials, or other content you submit.

You grant Noordin Beauty a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, display, and use submitted content for operating, promoting, and improving the Services, subject to applicable law and any permissions you provide.

You represent that your content is accurate, does not violate another person’s rights, and does not contain unlawful or misleading claims.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for customer content and third-party materials, the Services and their product names, trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, text, website content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Noordin Beauty and are protected by applicable law.

No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Services for personal, noncommercial purposes under these Terms.

12- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may connect with independent payment processors, shipping carriers, website providers, telecommunications providers, analytics providers, social media platforms, or other external services.

Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Noordin Beauty is not responsible for an external service’s availability, changes, content, security, delays, or independent practices.

13- SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

13.1 Program and Message Types

Noordin Beauty may send text messages to individuals who provide a mobile number and separately opt in.

Non-marketing messages may include order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, account notices, customer-support responses, and information related to your purchases or requests.

Marketing messages may include special offers, discounts, promotions, product launches, restock alerts, skincare tips, and product updates.

Marketing consent and non-marketing consent are collected separately.

After you send STOP, we may send one final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program.

If you wish to receive messages again, you must opt in through the original sign-up process.

14- EMAIL AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions contained in the applicable message.

15- DISCLAIMERS

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Noordin Beauty disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that a product will produce a specific result or that the Services will operate without interruption or error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noordin Beauty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services or products.

Noordin Beauty’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or Service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

17- INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Noordin Beauty and its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services or products.

• Content you submit.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

18- SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, abuse, or material violations of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

19- GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute not subject to a separate written dispute-resolution agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas. The parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

20- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Continued use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
